This is a learned Retired Judge who appears to have been shunned by his Voltarian Shrine for one reason or the other.

Who by his own words, led a large Delegation of Voltarian Chiefs before the 2004 Elections to Cape Coast to convince the Oguaa Omanhene to use his influence to change the way Cape Coasters would vote for the NDC. And he was a sitting Supreme Court Judge.

This is a man, who during the CROOK WOYOME SAGA, led another Delegation to convince the late Atta MYTHS to free Crook Woyome; all because "he is one of their own".

This is a man who confronted Murderer Rawlings to change for the better in favour of NDC, because life would be a living hell for most of his Tribes people.

Now do the Akans and other Tribal Leaders embark on Delegations to sitting Presidents for their CRIMINALS TO BE RELEASED FROM PRISON OR CUSTODY??

So many of our elite class were over-privileged kids who got away some a lot of influential family contacts. It happens in the USA too. They would be the ones attempting to defend Nana Addo from all bunkers. The irony of all this is that some unqualified professionals are probably far more competent than our licensed practitioners. Nana Addo deserves this sort of embarrassment, exactly the same way he has left the entire country in limbo, because of his selfish and greedy ego. The 2012 elections could never have been foolproof, but to assert that President Mahama physically and knowingly manipulated the EC to favor him is preposterous and tantamount to what Kpegah is doing to him. True or false, half the country will live and die with the notion that he Nana Addo is not a qualified lawyer, just as much as NPP fanatics will live and die with the believe that President Mahama ruled for 4years and more maybe through fraudulent voting.

Life goes on, and Ghana will survive!!!

Nana Ato Dadzie even cited the example of someone who started his law course here, went to Australia and came back and tried to apply. He was told he was known and just made to sign. What emerged on the programme was that Nana Addo's defence team had written to the Legal Council for the information required and that had been granted. Samson, the host, also said that he had shown a document on an earlier programme showing that Nana Addo was qualified. I do not blame some of us because due to the 'dum so dum so' we may not have had the opportunity of watching that episode.
All the members of the panel were, either explicitly or impliedly, disgusted with Justice Kpegah's pursuit which is a distracting nuisance from the serious business of developing Ghana. Kweku Baako intimated that he had carried out something similar a few years ago and behaved in exactly the same manner that he is doing now. He put up an appearance when required to.
Please let us all take off our partisan politically tinted glasses, and see the suit for what it is worth. Nana Ato Dadzie, in the present scheme of things, would use it to discredit Nana Addo at the Supreme Court. Alas! He knows the truth.

In any case, the suit is not about Nana being known to Ghanaians as a lawyer or not. The case is about doubting that the man used the right means and got the right education and used the right channels to become known as a "Lawyer".

If you ask me anybody if Nana is a Lawyer or not, ofcourse I will say yes. That doesn't mean he didnt use wagadriiiii in becoming a Lawyer. Thats whats in contention. For your information in Saint Giles College Oxford, and indeed in some of the students who had degrees in social sciences were awarded BA. It was a practice to give BA to students who completed post graduate degree courses in Business administration were awarded BA long before MBA became common. You may check their brochures from 19970 up to 1978.

He is the worse " stealer"of them all. Seriously knowing he did not have the appropriate educational background and requirement he managed to sneak his name into the books by bribery without thinking of the consequence 1 to his family 2.to his friends 3.to the unfortunate young lawyers studying under his firm 4. and more importantly to the nation. you see he is so selfish and self centred that he did not care. He has been dishonest so many times that he actually believes in the web of lies that he spun and continues to spin to the extent that even now instead of doing serious soul searching and coming clean he continues to perpetuate the lies thinking it will somehow go away.(He is desensitised to the consequences of his action) Wow this is a serious pathology and of the worse kind of narcissistic personality disorder--- of hitler proportions. His supporters would like us to believe that it's no big deal but FYI it it such a big deal of epic proportions. They say JJR did not have a certificate and ruled the country but remember JJR did not lie about his educational background and misrepresent himself not to mention he was in the military and rose to the rank of flight lieutenant through hard work and not the back door.
integrity is a great personal quality and mark of good leadership Africa in particular Ghana need more leaders with such qualities to propel us in our development effort. Where did Nana Addo train as a lawyer and who were his classmates? It is OK if his law degree or degrees were obtained by correspondence and if so he should say it and mention the institution or body he had the course of study with and show the certificate he was awarded - Period.

We all know that Nana will not do that and maybe he like being in the news. Same thing happen with nana being accused of hard drug usage and he never prove it till the case die away. Maybe this case will also die away at court?

Nana Addo may be a Lawyer but his acts and understanding to legal and humanitarian issues are questionable as one who has read the law. He needs a refresher course in the law language.
