Dear Mr Energy Minister stand firm, reform is needed. The ECG and TOR are responsible for all the challenges the country is faced with. You cannot allow these self proclaimed untouchables to thrive in their comfort while the country is dehumanized. The scent trailing them is obvious this is why they're all agitated. Mr Kubokor was maligned because he has been honest. Go even a step further, make changes, if you have to engage foreigners to make the ECG work please do not hesitate. Ghana has to work again. This logical confrontation is what has been long overdue and necessitated, they must not tell you what to do. You were elected and goals to fulfill. The senior staff association is the reason the ECG is in shambles. The domsor domsor cabal scent trail must be neutralized.

There must always be a point for anybody who is aggrieved to appeal for which the issue can be reviewed or looked into the second time. There are instances people have suffered injustices as a result of hasty decisions or decisions based on prejudice. When people are allowed to suffer as a result of circumstances of this nature, it is really hurting.
I wish to suggest that the company and Mr Kukubor are heard again by an independent arbiter.
It is important for the workers organization and the minister to exercise reason in this kind of matters.

The issue involved a former Board member & then acting MD, Anthony Gyampoh on one hand & the dismissed staff & a private business woman. As usual of him the MD has ignored Mortey's petition & left Gyampoh off the hook. Seriously, there is a serious tribal explosion waiting to go off soon in the ECG. The MD & those on the Board who are benefitting from his mal-adminstration, breach of procurement laws,dubious & over-inflated contracts are the one who will get burnt in the coming conflageration.

How we get the truth if the situation is not thoroughly investigated? Was the entire ECG Management & Board aware of the situation before the dismissal of Kukubor? Has the Board submitted its report? Why is the SSA rushing to the media & threatening mayhem? I believe there are others in ECG who know the truth & they also should organize to confront the SSA, Union & their incompetent MD. This war is in the national interest & the Hon. Minister has set the right tone for deep cleansing of the over-rotten ECG. GHANA STOOOO...BOOOiiiii!!!

Interefering in what? Their own ECG? Boadu & his boot-licking clique & other corrupt officials in the ECG should know that the Government of Ghana holds the 100 percent shares of the ECG in trust for ALL GHANAIANS including themselves. Their first loyalty is to ECG's suffering customers & the state. Where have they been all this time when there is massive meter & metering system failures in Legon & Kwabenya areas. Is ECG not connecting customer direct without meters? Hon. Minister, please stand your grounds. The ECG SSA & Union are not bigger than Ghana and they are not untouchables. NO!!! Interviews are conducted in ECG and the first five are ignored & the selection are "favourably" done from 8th, 12th, 15th position etc. It is not surprising though; the representative from the Ghana Institute of Engineers who sat on the interview panel which purported to promote the MD from Regional Manager, Ho to the Head Office refused to sign the report because of some iregularities by Allotey Jacobs & Bombatta. This same MD illegally recruited a domestic help & put the person on payroll four 4 years before he was caught. Today, he has victimized the chairman of the committee (Mr. Kwame Atsiavor) which found him guilty & has chased him out of ECG. It is not surprising that the MD is after the head of Ewes: Ken Mortey, Kofi Kukubor, Atsiavor & there are some five others in his cross-hairs. IT IS NOT ALL ANIMALS THAT ARE MEANT TO BE EATEN OOOO... YOOOOO...
