The fact is soldiers are satisfied with their salaries emanating from the single spine.The soldier waits for about a year and he is on another UN peacekeeping mission collecting dollars. Now the GAF has been well equiped. The only problem now is for the President to stop signing off huge monies to those lazy Parliamentarians and use the money to provide accomodation for troops. Wayongo knows the accomodation situation in GAF (where soldiers serve for close to 30yrs)is worst off than what a parliamentarian who serves for just 4yrs faces.Soldiers are okay with their salaries and morale is high but do the right thing else BOOOM.
