I think there is an illogical thinking with my NDC folks. Let me try and break it down for them. When there is more than one irregularities in a polling station, any good data analyst will make multiple copies of the information (THE PINK SHEET) with each copy depicting one irregularity. So if three irregularities occurred in one polling station, there would be three copies of the pink sheet for that polling station, this does not mean the polling station has been counted three times. The three irregularities would be collated to their respective categories. Tony Lithur initially thought the copies were mistake hence his initial confidence and aggressiveness but when he realise the futility of his cross examination his body language changed but could not stop for the sake of face saving. Now what he is doing is to waste time

If a polling station has only one irregularity it is placed in category A. If it has two types of irregularity it is placed in category B, If three irregularities it is grouped in category C; If it has all the four it is placed in category D. This is the kind of grouping the Petitioners have done. So a pink sheet in one group type is not to appear in another group type. Get it from here and then you can understand the argument. This type of grouping was done to make sure that you do not deduct figures twice or thrice or over for the same pink sheet. The fact is that whether you have more than one so called "irregularity" on a form from a polling station or not you can only cancel that particular result once. So pink sheets appearing thrice, twice, or four times in the accounting or in providing evidence or exhibits when the exhibits have been grouped according to number of 'irregularities' on them, is an obvious mistake or a deliberate attempt to beef up numbers to get to the 11,123 polling stations alleged to have problems. The best for the NPP to do is to admit them as mistakes. But then they would have gotten short of number of pink sheets as alleged in their petition. How do they explain this.

1) A thief is unemployed

2) He is homeless and/or a rough sleeper

3)He is an ex-convict

When one is analysing data on ex-convicts, this person will be part of it. He will appear under thieves who sleep rough as well as unemployed. It doesn’t mean that this thief is being counted 3 times.

It is asking some to write what happened to Moses on the mountain with reference to the 10 Commandments and rather went about talking about the Isrealites crossing the Red Sea instead. Dr Bawumia should be told that the Court is only interested in the facts of the matter and not a platform for political campaign where, one could tell lies, make false claims, insult and abuse indiscriminately and display unwarranted social and ethnic emotions and sentiments. Dr Bawumia needs proper /free coaching on how to answer questions in court. His performance has been rather abysmal to say the least!!! . May be Nanan Akufo Addo would give a better better performance but I somehow, doubt it.

You cannot duplicate the cedi for purposes of explaining or analysis. Bawumia tried to decive the court. This is the reason. Why did he not use a white or different duplication material and went for the same colour as the originals? An honest way would have been to distinguish these from the real pink sheets and inform the court accordingly during the examination in chief.It took Tony Lithur's cross examination to smoke this issue out, for Bawumia to belatedly accept. No body is afraid of the truth. He cannot jump the gun. In Court procedure, the manner of gathering of evidence is equally as important as the evidence itself So he should stop inviting respondents as if he is a judge.The process is systematic and his lawyer ought to educate him on this. Secondly the serial numbers are an identifying mark and not the main feature of even legal tender. Bawumia knows very well ads a banker that the information that sets a currency note as genuine is not only the serial number which can be forged, but other security features like the water mark, signature of Governor, type of material etc. The signature on a checque is also more important than the serial number. A checque is dishonoured if the signature on it is not genuine despite the serial number. When someone loses his checque book,and there are no new ones immediately available, an old disused checque book can be issued and the new owner's number written on all the leaflets manually in ink, and he can proceed to cash money. This is accepted procedure in banks and Bawumia is aware. Serial numbering is an adminstrative procedure for ordering or arranging items in a particular pattern. It has no bearing whatsoever with what is contained in the document. Even if some pink sheets were numbered manually,for the purpose of easy arrangement, it did not change the contents which were the code numbers, name of polling station, results of each candidate and signatures of their representatives. When they ran out of time did Bawumia and his group not result to manual numbering of their duplicated sheets? The electoral process is laboruos and people must take time to understand it.

John 1:1 states: “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.” (King James Version) Later in the same chapter, the apostle John clearly shows that “the Word” is Jesus. (John 1:14 "So the Word became flesh and resided among us, and we had a view of his glory, a glory such as belongs to an only?begotten son from a father; and he was full of undeserved kindness and truth.") Since the Word is called God, however, some conclude that the Son and the Father must be part of the same God.
Notice that Jesus is called, not God, but the Son of God. This additional information provided in the Gospel of John shows how John 1:1 should be understood. Jesus, the Word, is “a god” in the sense that he has a high position but is not the same as Almighty God.

This is the beginning of greater revelations and people should just take it easy. Surprising to note how they'd want to deceive themselves and some Ghanaians by making outrageous public comments when close observations and annalysis points to the fact that the NDC is losing its defence. They cannot win this case, with all the mountain of evidence. They'll try to punch holes in Dr. Bawumia's submissions but they canno win! People should just wait and see.

It was a classical analogy to a student in control of a class from a dizzy teacher.

What it means is : Ghana is undergoing a complete educational process of our election laws, loopholes and hidden elements long used by unscrupulous officials to evade tracking mechanisms and detection to pronounce win or defeat.

I am yet to know what happened to the 241,000 votes added to the overseas register which went unanswered.

So far there have been hundreds of admitted irregularities,duplications and ommissions attributed to administrative errors.

Is this not unusual ?
