Mahama, and his current troops need to start plotting the murder of all the Supreme Court Judges, all the NPP leaders. That will be the best solution to Ghana's problems. A judge was hearing a drink-driving case but the defendant, who had a history of driving under the influence, demanded a jury trial. It was nearly four o'clock in the afternoon and getting a jury would take some time, so the judge called an adjournment and went out in the hall looking to recruit anyone available for jury duty.

In the main lobby he found a dozen lawyers and told them that they were a jury. The lawyers thought this would be a novel experience and followed the judge back into the courtroom.

The trial itself was over in about ten minutes and it was obvious that the defendant was quilty. The jurors retired to their room, and the judge, thinking that they would be back with their verdict in a matter of minutes, prepared to go home.

But after three hours, the jury was still out. The judge was furious and sent the bailiff into the jury room to find out what was delaying the verdict.

When the bailiff returned, the judge said impatiently: "Well, have they reached a verdict yet?"

The bailiff shook his head and said: "Verdict? They're still arguing over who should be foreman!"

Despite all the examples of bigotry staring us in the face on the continent; not to mention Kenya, the Congo, Rwanda, Ivory Coast of late and the numerous people who have lost their lives as a result of tribalistic bigotry, some writers here still insist on continuing to discuss every political and economic issue through the prism eyes of tribe, language, region, and race.

If the decision is fair, based on the evidence in court and the way proceedings went, then people will accept it but if the judges will issue rules that seem to favour one side or show double standards, then, they will have problems and bring the country to war. So far they have shown some double standards and a little bit of bias. The inconsistency is there for all to see. The firmness has been against the EC but the same stick has not been applied to the petitioners. The NDC lawyers have already shown they will not accept anything short of victory. They must have seen the evidence and you can clearly see they know where NPP went wrong. If you listened to the cross-examination whereby Bawumia who had from the time the election results were announced to present giving testimony and accepting he made mistakes then what about the EC who used only a few days to count and consider the NPP's plea to put the results on hold and investigate the anomalies in certain areas before declaring the winner, then Bawumia's case is finished. Bawumia isintelligent but has no credibility when it comes to figures as he always gives misleading figures on the economy. NDC lawyers will soon hit his credibilty for all to see and as for Jake and Akuffo Addo their unintelligence will soon be evident. The Case Is Over and the all the international community and intelligent people in the world can already see it.
