It all would have been over and dusted in 3 days had i been entrusted to deal with this case:
1st. I would have asked the electoral commission to hand over all the voter registers.
2nd. Asked for all the collated declared results.
3rd. Ordered a recount of the ballot papers.
4th.And based on who got the highest votes, would have made my choice.
All these in THREE DAYS period. The court has spoken. Finito

As Kissi Agyaben is saying, it is a matter of Mathematics (Statistics to be precise). The judges should ignore all long essays and arguments and look at reason - ommissions and contraventions - and give their verdict.

Th lawyers are not there to show off wisdom and deceit and lies to win the case.

I have always said one particular professionals who have held this nation backward are lawyers.When this case was about to start we were all told that the supreme court will sit on weekend and even holidays but look at their behaviour since the case started,they are not even prepare to learn IT.No wonder most the members of the BIG SIX were lawyers who opposed our early independence,Ghanaian lawyers are just backward who don't want progress.

You are mal-feeding aspiring law students, no wonder most ofrecent lawyers can't differentiate EQUITY from COMMON LAW. You lecture them anyhow, mark their papers anyhow knowing your Head and Dean don't care and pass the girls after they adjust their legs for you to see their underwear. Swine.
