I wonder what laws in Ghana regulate the registered stock brokers. I have dealt with one supposedly reputable institutional broker in Ghana and I found out they do what is called back-trading. Either the institution or indivudual pocket the difference between the market price (the actual price at which the stock is sold/bought) and the quoted price to their clients. I need the GSE to investigate this.
