  'Yentua', 'yentua', landed Acheampong's regime in deep water. While not advocating careless acceptance of bad judgement debts, we must bear in mind that as a constitutional democratic state, with respect of international law among ours, we must be circumspect in dealing with judgement debts. We are inter-dependent, globally, therefore, we should thread carefully in our international relations.

  There is nothing like yentua yentua here ok? We are talking about NDC's delibrate attempts to steal big monies from the Ghanaian tax payer. Samuel Ofui gyato Aboakwa engineered the theft, supported by jon Mahama and when Mills warned them not to make payments, they strangled him, killing the already frail innocent yet to die Evans Fiifi Atta Mills. NDC is made up of thieves and they will all go to prison just as soon as Nana Addo becomes the president. But people must know that the more reason why NDC stole the elections is because they know that if Nana Addo becomes the president, all these NDC thugs will sleep in the prisons and die in there.

  Judging from the wording of our 1992 Constitution, would you still expect any Ghanaian to be capable of defining that "... a clearly defined terms of reference...." for an adequate staff of investigators and Judges?
  Was that Constitution not written by learned GHANAIANS?
  You and all other Ghanaian intellectuals abroad in your green pasteurs should just capitulate, and accept, embrace the realities in your home country, or gather some courage to really think, throw your petty difficulties aside, and collectively take a bold decision to render us the necessary medication.
  Ghana can NEVER on her own, rescue herself. And please ponder over the Biblical question to Esther:
  "For who knows, it is for a time like this, that you have been given the crown?"

  Let's be honest with ourselves. This subject of judgement debts and the abandonment of projects inherited from previous Administrations has been with us since the overthrow of the First Republic.
  In order to discredit the lapsed administration, the incoming government has sought to discredit the immediate past regime by not honouring or continuing unfinished projects.
  The NLC/Busia (1966 -1972) repudiated Nkrumah's projects and even demolished buildings in Accra. Kutu Acheampong (1972 - 1978) repudiated debts. Jerry Rawlings (1981 - 2000) sold Factories, Enterprises and closed State Hotels and sold some at ridiculous prices to chums. Kuffour's NPP (2001 -2008) repudiated debts and tried some Party Activists. And the current NDC Government (2009 to-date) are doing their best not only to repudiate debts but appear to be cashing in by encouraging others to claim at the expense of the Nation Ghana.
  Is not not time that this 'rape of Ghana', (apology to the late Hon. E.R.K. Dwemoh, Commissioner of Transport under Kutu Acheampong), should cease.

  It is about time someone told our judges and magistrates that they are also Ghanaians. They have the power to insist that state officials appear in court to defend the state, not just plead no case, and to say so clearly and unambiguously. They also have the power to state their displeasure with the handling of cases in their final judgement and to demand that those who are negligent should be held accountable. Judge made laws are, after all, an important part of precedence. You see, no European or American or non-African foreign government will allow millions of its money to be siphoned off by foreigners through dubious transactions facilitated by legal technicalities and criminal negligence on the part of ministers of the state and civil servants. The law enforcement agencies would be asked to look into the matter further. Passive judges and magistrates who do not speak up when it stinks in their courtrooms are unpatriotic. In concluson, the whiteman robs black governments to enrich his/her country, the blackman robs its government to enrich the whiteman's country and is proud of his/her achievements. What an irony?

  The Judge to handle your case will be born on 21st Jan 2036. He will be the one to end the Woyome issue and close that Docket.
