I can understand their frustration. They do not need to hear it from second source, which might even exist.

GBC should have the capacity to hire a sign reader/maker to reach the hearing impaired, integrate close captionin ...

I can understand their frustration. They do not need to hear it from second source, which might even exist.

GBC should have the capacity to hire a sign reader/maker to reach the hearing impaired, integrate close captioning technology and all manner of communication to reach everybody.

If we can waste money on useless things we should be able to get the money to accommodate the hearing impaired and/or blind. The blind can hear radio or TV audio, but the hearing impaired can see but not ear. All must be accommodated. The one beyond help is the one with multiple impairments, such as being both blind and deaf. But that is very rare.

I am with you on this. As our premier public service broadcaster, GTV should have the capacity to accommodate our disabled countrymen in its service provision. If it has no capacity in terms of ensuring equality of access to its services, then it has no business being in public service broadcasting.

Mr. president, though you are right in making this kind of request I must say that from my understanding, the organization doesn't acts on time! This is too bad on the part of GFD!!
