  The foundation for corruption is cemented between GIFF,Ghana Ports and Harbour Authority, IRS and Cutoms. Consumers at ports do not have a choice (GPHA website) but to use what is called a clearing agent. Just take careful look at all the documents required for one to be able to clear goods from the port? This is a system that had been carefully put in place at the ports so that state's money can go into individuals pocket. This is fraud. The entity Ghana will bite you where it will .......
