    Quack MBA to be awarded by quack universities, taught by quack lecturers in Petroleum - worthless outside Ghana - will be established in the 2013/2014 academic year.

    What is Petroleum Accounting and Finance? Is it not the same Accounting and Finance Principles in practice.
