    When was the last time this all important bridge rehabilitated? We should have long ago had a second and a more modern one there. Our governments just lack foresight. This is not the fault of Mahama

    Your are wright. Haven't we been collecting toll on that bridge for decades? What happened to all that revenue? It could have been use to build a new one. Our leaders lack foresight indeed.
