  How can you have GPS in a country where there is no address system. Is the GPS going to direct one to a post office box??

  We seen to always put bandages on problems rather than curing the problems at the root level. LET US NAME OUR STREETS AFTER OUR HEROES AND PAST LEADERS. LET US NUMBER OUR HOUSES. AND THEN WE CAN MAP OUR CITIES WITH THE ASSISTANCE OF GOOGLE. HOW DIFFICULT IS THIS? Two weeks ago the president mandated this to be done in 18 months. I hope we could achieve this by the deadline set by the President.

  Google Maps works decently in Ghana for landmarks like businesses, restaurants and hotels. It is somewhat helpful.

  Naming of street in the whole country is underway and it will be completed in two years. A pilot project is already underway in a town in Western region. my own sister is one of the consultants working on the project.
