It is therefore amazing that someone as arrogant as AA, who even to this day persist in slanging when he speaks english(perhaps to prove that he was educated in the UK), to then turn around and say he cannot produce a copy of his certificates when asked. What about the ones on his office wall? oh sorry he does not have that either... Moreso this story about his non-qualification to be a lawyer has been going on for ages and the prudent thing for a lawyer, especially one running for president, would have been to have a requested a copy by now unless he genuinely does not have one...

Yes, Justice Kprgah, the plaintiff, bears the 'Burden of Proof' and must prove that which he alleges.

But, if Justice Kpegah says 'Akufo Addo is not a Lawyer' and Akufo Addo says 'I am lawyer, but my certificate is missing', is this a logical conclusion of the matter?

If indeed, Akufo Addo has a Certificate, which I believe he does, his Lawyer must NOT put him through TRAUMATIC, STRESSFUL and COSTLY LITIGATION when the least costly and Desired option will be to get a Certified True Copy from the Archives of the Granting Institution.

If Akufo Addo's Lawyer is NOT DOING this, Ghanaians should require some explanation if they are to continue to give him that Benefit of Doubt.

At the time of Akufo Addo's supposedly education in law, either you get an LLB or BA (law)from University of Ghana and then proceed to Makola to trian for the Ghana Bar.

Later years UST started some 'quasi' law program!!

Or you get degree in any suibject the class does not matter, and attend law school and obtain Qualifying Certificate in Law. Even if you are a foreign qualified graduate from overseas or overland one can proceed to do so. Therefore if Akufo Addo has a BSc Economics from UG, irrespective of the class he can proceed to law school to obtain QCL.

Rumor has it that after his botch attempt at Oxford he became Ug student of economics!! Then back to London for whatever degree and bavk as a lawyer. Then called to the Ghana Bar. At the time of Akufo Addo's supposedly education in law, either you get an LLB or BA (law)from University of Ghana and then proceed to Makola to trian for the Ghana Bar.

Later years UST started some 'quasi' law program!!

Or you get degree in any suibject the class does not matter, and attend law school and obtain Qualifying Certificate in Law. Even if you are a foreign qualified graduate from overseas or overland one can proceed to do so. Therefore if Akufo Addo has a BSc Economics from UG, irrespective of the class he can proceed to law school to obtain QCL.

Rumor has it that after his botch attempt at Oxford he became Ug student of economics!! Then back to London for whatever degree and bavk as a lawyer. Then called to the Ghana Bar. 1)a qualified candidate with the requisite documentation as a lawyer,

2)He presented false documents to the GLC, for which he should be held liable, or

3)He was helped through the back door, for which those involved and Nana should be held accountable.

Attestation means confirmation from the right source duly notarized and signed by recognized authorities.

If these simply processes were followed then Justice Kpegah could be regarded as a stupid and worthless son a gun. In case Justice Kpegah is proved right what would you call him?

The issue all the morons in Ghana ought to know, especially those in the Diaspora who have their head so screwed up they cannot find their own way out of intelligent discussion are (1) Is W.A.D. Akufo-Addo and William Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo one and the same and (2) was the said W.A.D. Akufo-Addo admitted to the Ghana Bar association through the requisite channels to practice law in Ghana? Anyone with common sense knows that W.A.D Akufo-Addo and William Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo are one and the same. What Akufo-Addo, Frank Davies, his lawyer, Rockson Adofo, Danquah Institute, Kufour, the NPP and other rotten heads in Ghana cannot do is minimize the very credibility of the legal system in Ghana.
If Akufo-Addo fraudulently obtained membership into the Ghana bar association it becomes a stain on Ghana; it proves that Ghana is corrupt to high heaven. If Akufo-Addo has been practicing law in Ghana without being a member all the cases he ever represented himself to the courts in Ghana as a lawyer will have to be retried and revisited. The implications are far reaching because he also represented Ghana as its AG under the Kufour administration.
Instead of this issue calling us all to reflect on what corruption has done to Ghana, we find fools with university degrees trying their darn best to minimize and let it go away. Should businesses in Ghana accept claims from returning Ghanaians from the Diaspora about some university credentials because they said so? Unfortunately we have allowed tribal and political nonsense to creep into our thought processes and the return to common sense gone out of the window. As I have stated before, it is one thing for Akufo-Addo not to respond to his drug associations but it is completely another thing to claim he cannot reproduce all of his credentials at this time. I will offer to pay for him to obtain copies of his credentials from the UK if that would help mother Ghana. NPP cannot bamboozle Ghana anymore. Enough with all the circling of the wagons.

Let us know whether Nana has impersonated somebody else or not? Has he lost his certificates? Did he submit copies to the Legal Council? Are those copies also missing? Did the certificates get missing before he was called to the Bar? If not why cant he get copies from his file at the legal Council.
These are the questions you should be answering on behalf of Nana, otherwise you will be making him lose in the court of public opinion

He did not only say he is impersonating someone. And now of course we know that your client is indeed not a lawyer. The fact is for the past six years or more, Nana, is operating without license. This is criminal offence. No one practice law, medicine etc. or operate vehicle with a note, written by bogus people as your client is doing.If truly Mr. Akufo Addo is a lawyer he would have reported the loss of his cert and applied for a new one. This will not deterr us from focussing our attention on the impending NDC thievery case involving that arrogant Afari Gyan.
