This is a fact, and why did we even waited for so long a time? what Ghanaians had to know is the Electoral Commission ia a democratic institution in any Democratic society, therefore this head and its body should not, never be left unchanged for a very long time, now lets ask our selfs some question?
1. who kept Dr. Afari Gayn in office, or who put him to this charge< I mean which party, and at what time?
2.why has he been left in place for all these Million years?
3.Are there no candidates to much his qualification in Ghana?
this two things are some thing we should be viewing now. All the same, since the harm has already been committed, I believe its about time he goes away in peace. Let that all dog move his bott. He can not be trursted any longer.
if water, stays in an area, in a form of Pool forever, it stincks. it becomes conteminated and even produces baterial.
the office of the electoral commissin, needs to be resufle, so as to opreate at its best.
this office needs a reboot, look even computers, which are hocked up with brians more than the ideal human brain could function, in msot cases required a reboot.
put your own car into consideration, you need an oil change after some good amount of driving.therefore for Ghana to be able, to come out with a Good Democratic System now, we need a change of this important institution.
our Democracy has traveled a long way, and for its engine to operate well, let us change the electorial commision.

Ghana is about to find itself in the one and only situation that has ever fallen on a nation in the entire world if we do not go forward with care.
We have an NPP on one hand crying wolf about Ghana's elections they purportedly lost fraudulently. On the other hand is their leader who cannot find his university credentials and or cannot substantiate how he became a member of Ghana Bar Association without going through the requisite formalities to become a full fledged member to practice law in Ghana.
The case of the election is currently before the so-called Supreme Court of Ghana where the bought and sold Georgina Woods perches to ensure everything NPP has a way of coming out without common sense even in Ghana. What neither NPP, NDC and all the talking heads in Ghana cannot hide in the sands in Ghana is Akufo-Addo and his credentials or how he became a practicing lawyer in Ghana. Anyone who says otherwise ought to taken out to Burma Camp and shot for being against Ghanaian principles of value and honor.

Maybe picture ID with Senegalese flag. Always coming out with brilliant ideas when in opposition but lack of courage and conviction to implement them when in power. What about the election of DCEs? Was it not a noble NPP manifesto promise? Why was it shelved after 2000 election victory? You see easier said than done. That is NPP for you. All that they are complaining about now would not heard of if they had won the elections in 2008 and 2012. Very very insincere.

No,Ghana has not lost confidence in the Electoral Commission but NPP. What are you fake guys talking about? To best of my knowledge, no one has sued Mr. Gyan as a person okay and therefore he is not taking any heat from anywhere.You know, the fact that the EC was asking the court to modify their stance on when to submit their witness affidavit,doesn't mean they were buying time. As usual they wanted the petitioners to present their case after which they could put up their defence.EC lost the motion, not because it lacks merit but because the Supreme Court, wants to fast track the case.Everybody wants the case to be tried as fast as possible so that Akufo Addo, could hung himself without delay.
