  You are completely of the mark here. I can tell you for a fact that revenue cannot be generated by the means you suggested. This is just mainly because Ghana has not reached that level of development for the football league to rely on the revenue from other institutions.
  MTN have done their best but its up to government to bring investment to the country to ensure football clubs and other institutions could benefit.

  How do you buy an African election for nine billion dollars? Do you dash away trucks, cars, hire crowds and bus them to your campaigns, distribute laptop computers, splurge cash money like a drunken sailor, or spend as if there's no tomorrow?
  
  
  How do you over spend a budget in a election year by 9,000,000,000.00 dollars in a country like Ghana, in a single friggin' year?
  
  
  Is it a good precedent setting to pay MPs: first, raised their wages over 130%?
  
  Second, make their salaries retroactive since January 2009?
  
  Third, pay it in a one lump some?
  
  
  Fourth, cry foul when civil servants, TUC, TEWU, Judiciary, Medical field workers also demand their pound of flesh to be given same, or similar packages, and paid in one shot like the MPs who send their children to private schools (even though they set the policies guiding the education system) and seek medical care overseas and so on? All because the sectors under these MPs watch are not good enough for them In GH!
