This guy (Kuffuors nephew) should be in jail, for what he did with the funds from Ghana Airways, transferred to his girl friend, leading to the airlines collapse.

NPP members and their lawyers had been benifiting from the so called technicallities to escape from prosecution. Dr Anane escape earlier prosecution during Kufour regime on technicallities.Kwame Mpianing and Dr Wereko Brobbey got away with murder on Ghana at 50 court case on technicallities. I hope this time all attempt will be made by the AG and the presecution judge to force these dubious characters to defend themselves fully on this case.

Let the truth be told why should this INTERLOCUTORY APPEAL be fallowing in this court? We must recognize that this Appeal was lodged as far back as April 2010.

What the Court Of Appeal MUST EXPLAIN TO THE READING PUBLIC WHY IT HAS TAKEN THEM SUCH A LONG TIME DECIDING ON THIS INTERLOCUTORY APPEAL!

The Court of Appeal in its own ruling acknowledged that they had given the appellants more than enough time to file their documents but each time they failed to comply with the court's directives. The question is: WAS THE COURT OF APPEAL TREATING THE APPELLANTS DIFFERENTLY BECAUSE OF WHO THEY ARE? I THINK SO. IF NOT WHY SHOULD THIS CASE FILED AS FAR BACK AS APRIL 2010 WOULD NOT BE STILL SITTING ON THEIR CALENDAR.

Our judges must wake up.

Why is the court so slow in dealing with suspected criminals of the NPP? The court system is a club where so called big men scratch each others back. The only people who go to jail are the hungry ones, the chicken and kenkey petty thieves, who on the average gets jailed not less than ten years for the most. The legal system and court is where illegal big men congregate to legalize their misdeeds.

What has the mere filing of legal papers got to do with the legal calender? Is the court registry,that is manned by a purely administrative staff,aslo shut down because Judges on vacation?
Reading between the lines of this court ruling, it is abundantly clear the Judges cut these defendants as much slack as they possibly could.
We will watch to see if the court sticks it the timelines it has imposed.

If u guys are serious find out how much Ghana airways owed as of January 7,2001 and why the plane was also seized. From 1993 to 2000 there was no audited account of Ghana Airways it was saved by the able leadership of Sam Jonah through captain kwakwa. So continue dreaming and we wish you well in your dreams. As of justice Duose of Ghana at 50 commission God have seen you.
