  Tony Lithur continues with his trend of repeated and duplicated pink sheet cross examination. He is now on "lot six"
  
  Lithur posits there is "substantial duplication" of pink sheets by the petitioner to make up the numbers. If we count the pink sheets that have been presented we will not have 11, 138 polling station that have been brought before the court. He says the respondents do have only about 8000 pink sheets as exhibits and not the 11, 138 as claimed by the petitioners.
  
  Bawumia insists there has not been substantial duplication to make up the numbers. He adds the respondent's counsel has only brought forward 348 polling station of what he claims to be substantial duplication and that even if 6,000 polling stations were taken out of the petitioners' request, the first petitioner would still win by first round.

  Lithur requests for a referee to count the total number of pink sheet exhibits brought before the court by the petitioners.
  
  Counsel for the third respondent Tsatsu Tsikata also agrees to the proposition by Tony Lithur. He calls for “independent verification” in the presence of all the parties.
  
  Counsel for the second respondent Quarshie-Idun all agrees with the proposition.
  
  One of the judges calls for an aggregation of the number of votes in the polling stations brought by the petitioners. She says if it were the case that only 8000 exhibits were tendered by the petitioners then the court could still go ahead to look at the effect of the votes from the 8,000 polling station on the elections.
  
  Tsatsu Tsikata respectfully disagrees with the judge and argues that the petitioners brought before the court allegations of irregularities in 11 000 plus polling stations and the court asked them to provide better and further particulars. He says if the petitioners failed to provide exhibits covering 11,000 plus polling stations then it is a case of disrespect to the court. He said the count is an important first step to establish the case of the petitioners.
  
  Addison agrees there should be an audit of the exhibits of the polling station and the votes. "For us what is important is the number of votes and not so much the number of polling stations". He pleads the court to use the exhibits supplied to the court and not the ones being provided by the respondents.

  Presiding Judge calls for a recess so the panel will confer and return with a decision.

  Presiding Judge Atuguba says as far as first, second and third respondents are concerned the total number of pink sheets supplied is 8,621.

  This is a story that needs to be examined critically.The traders perhaps did not pay any tax to the Ivorian Government.I fully understand that there are still crisis in Ivory Coast but this gives you an indication as to how the law works being it ''Aims and Objectives '' of ECOWAS or International Trade Law.I wonder how Ghana would have reacted/react to this situation. Yes of course! These buyers would find other possible routes to smuggle the drums of oil into Ghana.Therefore, proper trade negotiations must be discussed with the Ivorian government to encourage the buyers to send the drums of the coconut oil en-route Big Assini/New Town. Ooops!I believe the the duties/revenue/taxes collected was sent to the Jomoro District Assembly which they could account for because the district is known to be one of the richest in Ghana with over 7 markets and 3 borders. PROTOA has a ''rope'' on the Half-Assini-Takoradi Highway and this is very this is against High Way Codes,Health and Safety Regulations. Now the same PROTOA is crying foul for dooms.The laws of the land must work else we would always be in the mess.

Even a 13- year old boy was asking why Tony was asking the same question in 5 hours and said this man has nothing to say so he should sit down.   The truth will come to light and the thieves will soon be exposed. I think if the petitioners win their case, It will be a great disgrace to the Electoral Commission and NDC. All the leaders of electoral commission are corrupt and there is a need to arrest them charge them and imprison them all. Ghana needs a complete new compitent and incorruptible EC workers. NDC was not elected. To me less than 20% Ghanaians are NDC and more than 70% NPP but as the bible says,"alone with God is more than majority" the same way This NDC with this corrupt EC will always will always beat the majority NPP.   Failed presidential candidate for the Ghana Freedom Party (GFP), Madam Akua Donkor has called on God to rain curses upon individuals who have made it a habit to make mockery of every move and step she takes.
  
  Speaking on Okay FM, the GFP leader lamented that even though she hasn’t been educated like others have, she knows the word affidavits isn’t the name of a girl.
  
  Madam Akua Donkor became the talk of town when some undisclosed individuals insinuated on various social media that she claimed during an interview that affidavits is a name of a Ghanaian lady by name Afi Davis.
  
  Peeved at the prank which is being attributed to her, she raucously screamed that “some of your mothers haven’t been to school like me. It is by the grace of God some of you have been to school but it doesn’t mean I don’t understand the word ‘affidavits’. I know that word, I know it means taking an oath,” she said.
  
  According to her, she finds it unethical to learn that some people have absolutely no respect for her and are quick to tarnish her image anytime she makes strides to help build Ghana.
  
  She was quick to accuse Dr. Nduom and his party members of igniting the prank.

  That is a knockout blow to Tony Luther's intergrity. What the President's lead Counsel has shown so far is that, he has nothing to counter the numerous voting irregularities that took place on December 7th and 8th of 2012 and has banked his hopes on the double duplications of the pink sheets which has no bearing of the final analysis as Dr Bawumiah has said time and time again.
  
  I am really finding it hard where Lithur is going and what he is trying to achieve because he has not been effective so far with this line of questioning that has yileded no dividend for him and as a matter of fact, he is alienating the nine Judges and incuring their wrath with the delay tactics.

  Lithur is confused and has nothing to counter the Bawumiah analytical numbers.THAT IS EXACTLY THE POINT. That is a knockout blow to Tony Luther's intergrity.There is no double counting and that is the crux of the matter. Tony Lithur is like a Boxer who has been hit in the ring from an unexpected uppercut and is flailing away trying to stay alive.
