Question 2: where is the fiancials for the project? at cost benefit analysis.
Question 3: Which other organizations showed interest in the project and why was SADA chossen instead of the other organizations.
Questions 4: Where is the 25 million invested by the Asongtaba; in what did they invest that money in.
Question 5: The total sum of the porject is 15 + 25 = 40 million; what form the bases of the shareholding structure of Sada 40% and Asongtaba 60%?

I bet every meaningful Ghanaian to seriously go through this elementary copied template of a supposed "business plan" and will be shock if this is really a credible researched study of a business plan that deserves the hugely voted 15 billion Cedis for unbelievably non existing "guinea fowl" farms when our children pathetically suffer death from preventable diseases, hunger, good drinking water, shelter over their heads, better rural roads, rural clinics, youth training camps, teenage pregnancies, untold social economic hardships and un-employments.

Ghana has become social economic and political developmental huge joke.

The once political loud mouth of emancipation of Africa's freedom is despicably gone to the dogs, cats and guinea fowls.

Soo SAD, this SADA idea is already a FLOP. A BAD beginning indeed! This SADA discussion is being made to look like the property of the three Northern Regions which in reality, is not true. The real truth is, Government of Ghana is developing the three northern regions and part of Brong Ahafo to come to terms with the development of the southern Ghana using SADA as tool. It is not that any funding going into the SADA project is just thrown out to any individual to develop a commercial entity to propel that as is being used today. Going into partnership with Asongtaba owning the larger share is against the trend of SADA establishment. Again, the investigative element narrowing to the three Northern Regional Ministers is a laughing matter. Why? Should be any investigation, it should involve the whole state investigative body. Ghana should not be treated this way. My caution to the entire northerners is that SADA must work else, the state cannot afford to look for another FUNDING to equal the developmental in-equality in future Ghana now see a whooping sum of 15million New Ghana Cedis into Genuine Fowl with only 600,000 birds and 20eggs; 33million new Ghana Cedis into 350,000 trees; with this amount given to an individual ASONGTABA, why? Where is Ghana heading to???????

For a project that is supposed to cost Gh¢40 million, Gh¢15million of which to be coughed by the Ghanaian Taxpayer, one would have expected a much convincing document. Document provided is just an afterthought. Look at the sequence of events and out they are outlined in the document.

You can clearly see that the document was prepared to try to justify the money thrown away by the government. Surprisingly there is no detailed financials mentioned because there cannot be no way to convince people about the use of the money.

If the Government has invested Gh¢15 million, what is the part that is supposed to come from rLG?

And who dreamed up this implementation schedule? The writer(s) surely have never initiated or run a real project.
