    you read that fish was not refrigerated for 3 days. unless the fridge door was never opened in that time and fish was at bottom of stack..Then it thawed and was no good..The USA does not auction refrigerated goods..maybe cann ...

    To DAN, in my article, I said that such items should be put to other uses, when we feel they are not good for human consumption.

    This fish could be processed into fertilizer, or even animal feed, instead of just destroying ...
