    if tax is 4% in usa(different states and citys have different rates). Then for each sale you add 4%. Then IRS looks to be paid that 4% 4 times per year

    GRA is an institution which is not necessary. It does not even understand how the state generates its income. This is sad for mother Ghana. Auditor General what is your professional qualification?
