    What is "Macro stability for competitiveness", What is Environmental Governance? What is Financial Sector development Operation? Just words to steal from the people. As usual there will be nothing concrete to show for it.

    THIS IS THE WAY NDC KEEP LEAVING DEBTS WITH CURRENT AND FUTURE GENERATIONS WORLD BANK & IMF LOANS. IT A SHAME WITH HUGE RESOURCES WE CANNOT SUPPORT THIS COUNTRY BUDGET. LAZY AND CORRUPT LEADERS

    I don't believe that World Bank is on the side of Ghana because it is dangerous to give this money to a government which has looted the coffers of the nation.

    I SUGGEST the WB itself MONITOR the USE of the Grant.!!We have heard TOO OFTEN of such huge Sums......for Water supply, for Rural Electrification,for Road infra-structure......and WHAT DO WE SEE ?????Very little.The country ...
