I wait to see the day that our leaders show responsibility in nthe administration of the tax payers' money. If you overspend a penny more than you earn you will forever remain in debt!!! That is why we will never stop going about pan in habd begging for aid/loans. Prez. Mahama show us how responsible you are and parliament too should stop the talk shop and act.
