An ordinary citizen would have been sentenced to ten years imprisonment.
Please do give the same treatment to our youth wee smokers.A lot of them needs help just like the officer.

The officer could be a crack addict, I have never heard of a wee addict selling everything to get high, this is the behavior of a person on hard drugs, the doctors should check this policeman's system thoroughly.

Law enforcement officers should undergo random and unexpected drug test and screening at a moments call. This will bring competence and professionalism into the police service. For far too long many of the indiscipline in our society began with our police, bribery, drunkenness, apathy and less informed or lack of training. This is why Ghana is retrogressing.
