Even though I wish people like me, who're looking for links/connections to HMS 1 & II (80:20) could benefit from the local market situation, this is an indication that given the right push, things will change on our manufacuring front.

Why should you ship our Manganese abroad for a peanut so as in return for waste iron ore. Banning scrap metal would help the local companies but exportation of the raw material is detrimental to our economy.
