  Bank of Ghana should regulate the Susu collectors in the system but should also regulate and check the transparency of the management of GCSCA.
  Management of demands too much such as hotel bills,office upkeep,forms, other dues apart from annual dues, regional and national dues is too much because this will not attract other Susu collectors to join and existing ones will plan for exit.
