    Look when they are out of prison they can further their studies.Who pays for their education ? Do you know there there to serve their term of imprisonment ?

    GOVERNMENT MUST TAKE NOTE ON THIS,UK, USA, PRISONERS SOME THEM OBTAIN THEIR PHD IN PRISON. VOLUTARY LECTURERS SHOULD GO THERE AND HELP.

    I WILL EMPLORE OUR LEADERS TO IMPROVE SUCH SYSTEM TO FUND THESE PROGRAMS WITH TAX DOLLARS TO GET THESE IMATE INTO SCHOLL PROGRAMME EVEN THOUGH THEY SERVING TIME

    Why is it not mentioned that prisoners and national service personnel are teachers in the prison school, without any payment or anything? Only one officer is currently function as a teacher.
