    As GHANA HAS THE MOST QUALITY COCOA IN THE WORLD AND SECOND PRODUCER AS WELL,we should have seized the opportunity to process almost all before exportation.I don't know why we have been obtaining huge loans with huge interest ...

    This is what Nkrumah set up todointhe1960s. Hope governments remain focus on this project in addition to re opening the Tarkwah gold refinery, and lastly, can government add cocoa to the school feeding programme?
