skin pain selfish ndc murderous sodomizing chameleons camouflaging themselves behind the ideological left wing we are for the ordinary man but in reality pushing the insidious against Akan agenda are exposed . its amazing even how they were able to gag the church into keeping quiet about the blatant genocidal persecution of the Akan peoples. cardinal you did not make pope for your lack of courage to stand up for your people in times of anguish and distress. the Akans have had enough and never before has this level unity and understanding been achieved because of the evil agenda of the ewe ndc . these very same envious skin pain accursed ewe went as far as mixing engine oil with mud so they could declare they too have oil but the ashantis have built pipes to steal it . they have long prepared this war against the Akans and in their hate bury alive in mining pits young Akan men instead of the chinese ,ashao dzifa arrest and jail okada riders instead of creating jobs or encouraging other forms of gainful employment . when will this mentality of oppress the Akans end , we will fight back , long live the Republic of Akan

Oh people of Saboba, this issue calls for common understanding and not hostilities. Be tolerant for once and dialogue instead of taking to violence. If you are the ones paying the fees of these students, will you be happy to allow other things to distract them in school? or is it because education is free at your end?

Hmmm, Nana, these issues are not new and should be handled with diplomacy. As a former teacher, housemaster etc, I know what the school goes through including petit thievery, attacks and attempted rapes which the school authorities found it expedient not to bring up.
Some of the people in the community are used to using the school as a shortcut to their farm etc. To get up without involving the chief, churches mosques and opinion leaders involved, and just taking such a decision, is bound to create problems. The military there is important to protect lives and property but the people have to be educated about why they have to stay away from the school property.
Some decades ago when I used to live at Koforidua, the Ghana Secondary school had a similar situation and the girls dormitory had to have a very high wall and metal gates to prevent intruders and attackers. Even then some daring ones scaled the wall. I think education is the best.

Waste of scare state resource just to calm a primitive tribe, how can the deviation of a path results in a closure of school and bringing a whole army. Simple solution of just talking will solve this even in Afganistan

What at all is wrong with my folks in the North? This matter should have been a common understanding, why should diverting of a footpath result in Soldiers being call in to maintain calm?
I suspect all these things going on in the North is benefiting somebody bigtime.Because if you hear some of the reasons why my folks resolve to take waepons,it is really laughable.
Why can`t we realise that, all the State resources being spent on keeping the peace in the North could have develope and help most folks in the North out of poverty?
Not that there ar`n`t any other hotspot in Ghana, but, the lawlessness in the North is too much.
Any peace loving Ghanaian, no matter where one hails from will not support this lawlessness in any part of the Country.
I hope my folks in the North, will educate themselves and understand these troubles will bring nothing, but more poverty.
No wonder those of us who are a bit educated don`t feel like going back North.

Whilst at it, I think it was time we build decent schools with decent surroundings for our children. The ramshacles dotted around the country that we call schools do not befit the country.
