I bet if the Police, Military, BNI, and other protection agencies offer even small rewards for such "whistle blowing" against corruption, thievery, and sabotage at the institutional level, when the leads are legitimate as the above, the Ghanaian populace will become their right-hand people for busting crime and corruption.

Gov't must use the $600,000 marked for Israel to start an account to reward legitimate whistle blowers who would boldly come forward to help their country fight corruption and other nation building activities.

You've got to do something about corruption in the public sector. Please 'shine your eyes' in the various ministries. Some areas such as the ports, VRA, ECG, GWCL and coco bod are completely rotten! They need total deliverance. Please don't be afraid to crack the whip, else you will be pulled down the gutters with them. This shameless corruption must stop NOW!

The GWCL is one of the most corrupt state institutions in Ghana, if not the most corrupt. The Ag. MD, who is a political appointee is struggling daily with the boldfaced corruption in the system. He has attempted to resign in frustration a couple of times due to the overwhelming level of corruption. Personally, I have experienced it..Engineers and managers who are so bold about corruption that I wondered what their consciences tell them when they go to sleep. The president must institute a probe immediately into GWCL. I, Obiba JK, will be prepared to come and testify.
