Why not license these "okadas?" I thought the cops have motor bikes too? Do they go on patrol at all? No, they prefer to harass drivers for bribes. Better Ghana for you! NOT!!

I am enraged over this and the article states the culprit escaped on an Okada bike he conviently left outside the gate for that purpose.See they need to be taken off the road if this is what they arre being used for.

What are the police doing? there are lot of unliecenced motor bikes in the country, including NDC gurus, the police interest are on the commercial vehicles, ignoring these facts, they don't even wear their clash helmet.
