    These teachers should resign if they want a job and not a career. This is really interesting.... people chnage jobs, so if you salary as a teacheer is not good,look for another job and please, give us a break.....

    Any academically educated person, unless self-taught, must have gone through the hands of a number of Teachers.

    Whether they become "somebody" after their education depends mostly on the quality of teching they received.

    We got it wrong right from day one why is it that the best students in schools/universities normally do not want to stay in the classroom to teach?Something is basically wrong with our education.
