As much as I hate to admit Rawlings was right with his statement. If they have had listen to those who were concern with the president health, he might be alive today

Mr. Thompson,
If the military has to run Ghana's water system, then something is terribly wrong in Ghana- are you saying that the private sector cannot run any successful business in Ghana?
The problem with all sectors is LACK of ACCOUNTABILITY and PRODUCTIVITY, and the Military cannot be exempted from this assertion.
What the Mahama government should do is MAKE HEADS ROLL at these institutions; weed out trouble makers, non-performers and saboteurs, and demand accountability from the TOP to the bottom!
Also, I would have liked for Kofi T to have stated examples where the Military had successfully run enterprises with overwhelming success that having them run this venture would a win-win situation for all.
Due to lack of such examples of past successes chalked by the military, I have no confidence in this proposal.
My question is, WHAT GOOD HAS THE MILITARY DONE IN GHANA?

Yes, heads should roll.
Start with the Board and Senior management. The buck stops with them.

If you need to ban the production of satchet water, to make this venture with the Army work, why don't you ban it, to see whether GWCL would perform better.
But actually, what we lack is common sense. Satchet water has sustained us, and is the only reliable source of water for the masses. When you 'power to idiots, they will first want to show everybody 'where power lies'. That is the only explanation of such idiotic idea of banning the only functioning system, to pave way for another experiment

The first step in management is problem identification. If you cannot identify your problem, you will only be solving symptoms.. From the onset, Ghanaians have been informed the group called NDC is full of greedy bastards and evil dwarfs by the founder Rawlings. To the extent he could not campaign for the NDC group. Have you investigated the death of Mills? There is a ghost in the cabinet. Have you collected the stolen monies? Have you investigated the rumors of stolen monies by Mahama? Do you remember Tony Aidoo s insults to everybody including men of God? And many other crimes against humanity? For the first 4 years of NDC rule, the borrowed so much and there was nothing to for it. small boys insulted all Ghanaians Then Ghanaians under whatever be it a spell or not foolishly went ahead and voted for them to rule you. God will not be with them. We shall pay the price of our foolishness. Nothing has happened yet. We should be ready for the worse

If my fellow Ghanaian will side with me to find the root course of all these mess. It's because Ghana as a nation of "so called 53 years of independence"is completely suffering from "CULTURAL DISORDER"where the society is extremely allergic to basic maintenance which had lead to massive pipes chock & breakages as well as lack of "feasibility studies"of our so called ENGINEERS.So untill we decide to change our culture no amount of funding will be enough because our problem is clearly not about money.
