    people steal services in usa too...And every spot of land unless un-divided forest or pasture has and address and shows in local or state files who owns the property so tax get paid( property tax)

    Every strret must have a name and every house a number. It is good for utilities to collect their bills, reduce illegal connections, and help the police fight crime

    Increase property tax by 30% on all rented properties instead. It is easier to collect than rent tax.

    In America you pay 2 months advance deposit. But if you sign a lease the can sue if you leave before the 6 month or 1 year lease ends only shopping malls or other commercial business signs 5 & 10 year leases
