Can you believe this statementcame from the mouth of a Deputy General Secretary of a ruling Party? Does this guy have any brains in his skull? Has he heard the the proverb; LITTLE DROPS OF WATER MAKES THE MIGHTY OCEAN? Kofi Adams is like the prodigal son in the Bible who when his father gave him money thought it was not enogh to change his life or invest in anything so he dug a hole and buried it.

Two million dollard will by itself cannot solve the problems we are facing neither can even half a billion dollars solve our problems so this idiotic moron called Kofi Adams is telling us unless we get maybe a billion dollars that can solve the problem, we will continue to use the little money we have to engage in stupidities? HOW CAN GHANAIANS GIVE PEOPLE LIKE KOFI ADAMS AND HIS LIKE MINDED NDC FOOLS THE MANDATE TO STEER THE AFFAIRS OF THIS COUNTRY WITH THIS KIND OF BELIEF?

As a country, we need prayers like we need prayers as individuals for God guidance in our daily lives so is NDC going to buy plane tickets for each one of us who wants to go to ISreal to pray and give us $10,000 per diem as the Pastors are going to get?

The sad part about this is that, this is not the first time NDC has done this. They did it during President Mills time though with not as many Pastors as this time. At that time, NDC used taxpayers money to buy plane tickets, pay accomodation for the Pastors sent to Isreal and gave each of the forty or fifty Pastors sent $10,000 as spending money.

Ndc has no answers to the problems confronting the country because the country is broke(WE HAVE NO MONEY)and seems to be lost about how to come up with the necessary funds to solve some of these problems they think the best way to keep the masses out of their back is to do PR instead of problem solving. God even said that eherever two or three people meet, I will be there so why do we send these Pastors to Isreal and not the Kwahu Mountains to pray for the country?

Atta Mills sent some Pastors to Isreal to pray for him to recover from his health problems and Mahama is doing the same to help him cure his mental disease. WHAT A COUNTRY.

The problems confronting us are largely self inflicted. They are mainly due to corruption. It is well known that several companies, especially big ones, owe ECG and they have not been cut off. Anas proved this. Government owes ECG a lot. People, with the conivance of GWCL officials are sifoning of water into large reservoirs and selling it while some parts of Accra have not seen water for up to 10year. This is not God's doing. It is the evil in our black minds. The prayers should be done in Ghanaa to change our attitude. If there was no rain, then we could say it is a natural disaster.

It also doesn't need to be done by pastors. They are no better intercessors to the Father than a layperson. (James 5:16). So, it's obvious from a Christian perspective, if prayer is truly the the objective, trips for 200 pastors to Israel is not needed.

Of course, this offer is political. The government wants to have influence and have something over on some key pastors in the country so they won't be turning against the government from their pulpits.

What could Ghana do with $2million? How many rural hospitals could it build? school blocks? How many students could be sponsored for higher education? $2million is not going to change Ghana around but it would truly change the lives of Ghanaians where new school is built or a new hospital constructed.

there is no ghana as you killed it , from the time of nkrumah you have lynched abused and insulted all Akan leaders including the last one you killed mills . normal nations all have the political divide of center/left or center/right across board but here we have the typical plebiscite of a situation whereby the northerns and ewes are in an overwhelming majority against anything or anyone Akan with malicious murderous motives and intentions. they are still at war against the Akans to push them into destitute poverty so being broken they can never rise . while the rest of the world enters the 21st century ghana is being pushed back into the 18th century or better still into the feudal era so the minority can better dominate . 15 million people plus are not allowed to produce a single leader acceptable to them as he will be immediately branded a cocaine pusher , too slow to lead , or corrupt . you are liars and God will surely punish you before you die

Praying for the nation is very much welcome. We certainly need the men of God to support Ghana with prayers and request for sense of direction so we can take the right decisions in order to have lasting solutions to the country's numerous problems.

However, it is totally out of order to believe that God will only listen to our prayers if we do such prayers in Jerusalem . God does not live in Jerusalem . Those who believe that the God they serve resides in Israel should rather sponsor their own trips and not rely on country.

Kwame Nkrumah didn't send pastors to Israel before implementing the Akosombo Hydro and all the numerous development projects in Ghana 50 years ago. This is huge waste and i sincerely believe Ghanaians must react and hold Government accountable for such unjustifiable actions.
