    What about establishing a "Cocoa City" for the poor Ghanaian Cocoa farmers? Address the "Dumso-Dumso", Water, and Health needs and stop all these big mouth projects that provide avenues for huge fraudulent payment debts.

    I THOUGHT WE ALREADY HAVE A GOLDEN CITY. BEREKUM CALLS ITSELF THE GOLDEN CITY ALTHOUGH GOLD IS NOT MINED THERE. THEIR SPORTS STADIUM IS CALLED THE GOLDEN CITY PARK.
