What I will do is transform the City of Accra into a protracted and protected civil society, by any means necessary.
1. There shall be tax collection enforcement.
2. There shall be plenty of work to keep all legal residents of Accra working:
1. Building better roads
2. Underground sewage systems
3. Covering of all open gutter systems
4. Side-walk construction revitalization and maintenance
5. Environmental Protection of the City of Accra
6. Making Law Enforcement work as it should
7. No motorcade or police escort for any City Official or Minister, including me.
8. Only the President and the Vice President of the Republic of Ghana shall enjoy such privileges in my City.
9. Massive metropolitan transportation reform.
10. All encroached properties, personal or government, shall be redeemed !!!
My demands, the Greater Accra Police Chief, must be under the jurisdiction of the Mayors office. I have to be granted the power to hire and fire the Police Chief and many other civil servants and City Managers.

This is just going to fill the pockets of some bereaucrats we call Public Service Commission who will approve the three highest bidders.
Is it not this commission that has put a lot of these incompetent officials in office which is the reason why we are facing all these crisis in the country?
With this it will take us more than six months if not more than a year to have the DCEs in office when there is a new government and these people may work against a new government that did not appoint them.
If we want to elect DCEs on non partisan basis why not allow anybody as in the case of Assembly members to go his own way to get elected as a DCE,why we have to make people go through this headache before becoming DCEs,is this not going to increase corruption in the country since these DCEs will like to get the money they wasted before becoming the DCEs?

He then furnishes the 3 with our resources to compaign for the position of a MMD chief executive.
He goes ahead to use our scarce resources to conduct an election among his foolsoldiers and tell locals there to vote for one of them.
Are you realising how much of the taxpayers' money is being wasted to give a foolsoldier of the NDC the position of a chief executive of a MMDA ?
Why is the president afraid to allow any Ghanaian to contest for that position but adamant of presenting its foolsoldiers as the only option ?
