    Can the taxpayer afford to pay for courts, police in every village? Stress on reforms that u want to see in chieftaincy. It is an independent institution enshrined in the constitution. Suggest an alternative to chieftaincy.

    THE IDEA OF ELECTING OF DCEs IS A NICE MOVE TO BE TAKEN BY THE GOV'T. BUT THE PROBLEM IS THAT IF THE ELECTED DCE IS NOT PERFORMING IT WILL BE DIFFICULT TO BRING TO ORDER. SO LETS CONSIDER THAT.
