But if Nana is the only S.Court judge on that matter, he cannot overturn this matter. Judges do not declare elections, is as simple as that. Let all these half-baked lawyers stop wasting our time and learn to keep their knickers on tight and stop opening their legs to any fool with unrealistic ambitions. Listen to this: NPP was power with all the support of government agencies on their side and Prof. Attah Mills (NDC) defeated Akuffo Addo (NPP)by 40,000 and now NDC (Dramani Mahama)was in power and he defeated NPP with over 300,000 votes and they refused to accept this. I am surprise at what learned people in NPP are doing.Why do they think their version at the court is final? I do not understand them. They should remember EC are also there with their version. As in 2004, 2012 and now, why is NPP also declaring themselves victors in every contest before the official declaration? The word 'WAIT' does not exist in their mindset. But coming to think of it, what NPP is requesting the SC to do amounts to ethnic cleansing, yes, do away Gas, Northerners,Ewes, and other minority tribes fron the ballots until you have a purely Ashanti/Akyim population of 5 million out of 13 million Ghanaian voters and declare Nana Addo president. Then the rest can apply to join their purified "Akan" state, with the capital shifted to Kumasi or Tafo. In simple terms this is what the SC is called upon to do for the NPP. ETHNIC CLEANSING in Ghana in the 21st century. These "matemeho" adherents have yet to learn their lesson. 2016 cannot come sooner.

Cheating in elections have become so common to the NDC since 1992 so they thought there's no way they could be exposed by anyone esp. knowing that they had Kwadjo Afari-Gyan and the EC in their corner.

This elections fraud thing that's hanging over John Mahama's head is a big disgrace! I've posted several times right here on Ghanaweb that the case that's been laid before the Supreme Court Justices is a serious one. Yet, the NDC would want to pretend as if it's a normal thing to cheat in an election. Indeed it's a big disgrace to John Mahama and he better get ready to pack bag and luggage and exit the Jubilee House.

The whole thing looks like someone who's munching on grounnuts/peanuts when one rottten and poisonous nut mixes with all making a horrible taste and destroying the day. John Mahama better spew out the rotten taste to avoid any catastrophe.

Recently, US world cycling champion Lance Armstrong was stripped off all his medals although he had won many world cycling championships. That the world order! You cannot cheat your way to victory; it will be revealed and the stigma of shame that's associated with it makes for a sad situation afterwards. The shame becomes like a "tatoo" which is always stuck in your skin---which is difficult to forget about.

Truly, election fraud is a serious case that cannot be swept under the carpet. The NDC better take notice and begin to accept this simple and common fact. We hope that the Supreme Court Justices would gather the courage and strength to make a sound judgement in this election fraud case. Stealing and cheating in any election is bad!

It seems to me this lady simply does not respect her fellow human beings, lacks class and etiquette; and knows no shame in how low she stoops. She seems to think we are in a village market place where uneducated and uncultured rivals come to fight like chickens. In this life, certain people are simply incorrigible no matter what you do, and ordinarily, we will leave them alone to their fate for want of trying, or for the 'devil to destroy' them. However when such people are elected public officials such as Ursula Owusu and they behave this way, it simply shows her lack of proper upbringing. This apparently is the same lady who confessed (albeit after president Mills' death) how much Professor Mills had helped her when she was a 'struggling student' in Legon and even when she lost her own mother.

Yet she was one of the most vitriolic critics and most disrespectful of the former president!. In my experience, if anyone can come out to confess 'her reomorse for being hard and unfair to someone who had directly helped her in her time of need in the past, you would expect that she would have learned her lesson and changed her behaviour for the better. The fact that she continues in this vein and at every opportunity has nothing but insults and the use of falsehoods or at best, talks without facts on matters of national importance clearly show that not only is she not remorseful for her past bad and wicked deeds, she is uncouth and uncultured.

I dare her to repeat these statements in the House and we'll see whether the Rules of Parliament will be invoked to punish her for her utterances. Her actions are unbecoming of a member of parliament and I can see why some people on this forum have called into question her fitness to serve. Fortunately (or unfortunately) we live in a true democracy and I hope that her constituents will take note of her every actions, omissions and commissions and that this would reflect int heir decision-making at the next opportunity. We need more serious and balanced individuals to SERVE!
