    You are right but sometimes in Ghana, humanbeings are not afraid of cars but afraid of rainfall.When it rains they run but when car is approaching they walk as they want.

    100 million police in Ghana is equivalent to 1 policeman in the developed world, Ghanaian police only stand in the middle of the roads especially week ends and collect only bribes from incompetent drivers.

    The ghana police force needs from the top to junior rank;DISCIPLINE.Whithout discipline,the force remains the same.(one bad apple,spoils the whole)You can as well recruit as many as you can,there will be no change.

    Gender equality should not be taken
