A shopkeeper was dismayed when a brand new business much like her own
opened up next door and erected a huge sign which read 'BEST DEALS.'
She was horrified when another competitor opened up on her right, and
announced its arrival with an even larger sign, reading 'LOWEST PRICES.'
The shopkeeper panicked, until She got an idea. She put the biggest sign
of all over her own shop. It read: 'MAIN ENTRANCE'

Most ghanaian women lack the necessary education to do business in food preservation and technology therefore prefer to go into trading hence no wonder our markets are full of women ,food procession enables one to more price value both for local market and export ,example inkulenu palm or neat fufu and banku are easily displayed in shops across europe ,today processed foods have a very big market share in what we consume and untill our acquire skill in food technology skills to diverse and invest more in process food so as to add more value and earn more they would not see any much progress in their status quo of doing business ,as the business world changes everyday our women should change with it.
