    Government must not treat TOR as the mining industry or Oil where the state has about 10% interest. That is complete sell out.

    Any money spent to resuscitate or even upgrade TOR is money well spent. We spend several millions on projects that don't bring in needed revenue for the state.

    Nobody buys broken cars unless extremely cheap..Now its should be working sell to oil major so it can stay working to Ghana's advantage. Not a job program for Mp's children or homosexual lovers!

    TOR needs to be listed on GSE to allow indigenous Ghanaians to own shares and the accrued capital will be used to revamp the refinery.
