They are all blaming one another.
The Government should create a commission to investigate them and appoint new Directors to manage them by terminating the old guard.

The government should just scrap Gridco and allow VRA to take over the transmission aspect of power supply. In this case there will be no blame game. If the power don't come we will hold only one entity responsible. On the ot ...

If the power don't come we will hold only one entity responsible. On the other hand if VRA do supply and ECG refuses to deliver we the masses will hold ECG responsible PERIOD.
