Since when did somebody came out to say the great COCOBOD is bankrupt? Just admit you are. Any collapsing company in Ghana will not be news because we are being led by vision less gang of people thinking they are doing their best but the country is in reverse gear descending a steep slope. You are not the only one. Only time will tell. By the way why do Ghanaians technical people don not accept the truth and think they are also one of these lame politicians lying and lying to their own detriment?

So for over 50 many years, you still borrow to buy the cocoa!!! You haven't got to break even after 56 years. What kind of business is this? Your business calls for compulsory liquidation.

This institution just buys the cocoa every year with HUGE BORROWED MONEY THAT ATTRACT HUGE INTEREST THAT NO NATIONAL KNOWS ABOUT.HOW DO WE KNOW THE PROFIT COCOBOD MAKES IF THEY ALWAYS PUBLISH THE LOAN VALUE ACQUIRED EVERY YEAR BUT NOT THE INTEREST OR THE PROFIT MADE OUT OF THE TWO AND THE SALES MADE?

The Business model is not sustainable. Buying dry cocoa beans from peasant farmers is not good for a modern country, that is the very reason why we have Cadbury on the ground in the farms. Cocoa sells so why?
