they might be more customer freindly..When i visited Ghana and wanted to open an savings account( cd/time depost) These fools at Barclays made me run around getting passport pictures and waiting then didn't open the account.. ...

If Citi Bank enters the banking sector in Ghana it is for you the locals to also require PayPal services operate inside of Ghana as well. Why? So local Ghanaians can do international business within Africa and outside of Africa with a REAL debitcard recognized worldwide. Also, do not let them in unless they get Western Union and MoneyGram to open up all their services to local Ghanaians, no more 'receive only'.
Wakeup Ghanaians don't fall for the okey-doke! Get your needs met.
I know a few US companies that will pay you weekly via PayPal online globally(affiliate marketing). It will take such to open an account at Citi Bank. As they want the Ghanaian real estate deals, oil drilling gains, precious metals sector, construction contracts, etc. just like the Chinese!
Get yours common Africans...now!

For how long shall the blackman suffer bondage at his own backyard in the midst of natural wealth ?
