Ex President Kuffour said something about Mahama and it went like ''John Mahama is a sweet talker''. We are witnesses to the high failure rates of our JSS students which led to the lowering of the pass mark and as such, the pass rate which is just one aspect of quality education. What are they going to do differently since all the factors enumerated above in his statement, were all at play during the time of the Mills-Mahama admin. It's such deliberate twisting and playing of words which leads to well meaning Ghanaians to use unprintable words on this Mills-Mahama-Amissah Arthur admin.
