I am at a loss as to the motive behind the controversial vituperation of Brobbery and Pianim lately.

These two gentlemen both tendered in their resignation letters to the party in the run-up to the 2000 elections, unless they have been somehow re-instated, I cannot see how justifiable this pontification is.

Ghanaians deserve much better than the daily vacuous effusions of Pianim and Brobbery.

PS: Brobbery has a PhD in Energy, what are his suggestions for ending our current energy crisis?

The fact that they 'resigned' from the NPP does not render their contributions MEANINGLESS. We Know that It is ONLY MYOPIC and JAUNDICED and SELF-SERVING reasoning that will satisfy some of you. Inferentially, your likes are the ONLY reason that Akufo Addo et al embarked on this SELF-DESTRUCTIVE and PATAPAA Journey.

What the NPP is doing is a DISGRACE to ALL GHANAIANS partcularly, those living in CIVILIZED Communities.

Having 'freed' himself from the strictures of party discipline, I was expecting an individual like Appiah Ofori,to make better use of his new freedom these'let`s-make-them-up' absurdities we are now witnessing,and to restore sanity to party activities, and actions!
The charge of 'blasphemy' being levelled at Messrs Pianim and Brobbey for being candid,and re-stating the obvious that the NPP is less likely to win the presidency anytime soon,so long as the current cabal persists in destroying the party`s brand,is nothing,but the truth! Does it seem right to thinking minds in this country that the Chief Justice, who took time to swear-in the president, will someday come back and tell the Prsident she swore in that," I erred in swearing you in" C'mmon folks, think about this. History teaches us a lot. Recently when there was a dispute in the Bush-Gore election results, everything was put aside for the case to be settled before George W was sworn in - common sense I think.Couldn't the Supreme Court put everything on hold and have this dispute settled before all these shenanigans. Thank you so much Mr.David Osei for this 'common sense for sale' comment and i'm very glad that you stated clearly that Bush went to court first then after that he was sworn in something i have been telling Npp fanatics that they have to think big that the Supreme court will never, ever ask the president to step down for the fact he has been sworn in already by the chief justice but these guys keep on hoping that Ghana is going to write history claiming that it happened in Ukraine and Thailand without finding the facts which prompted the supreme courts of these these two nations to take that actions however i suspect that due to high tension sorrounding the case it would be difficult for the supreme court to give its ruling against any of the parties involved for fear of disturbances in the country therefore the normal delay tactics on such high profile cases would be applied to ease the tension so i don't think we shall hear any ruling in JDM's first term b'cos the way we Africans think and bevave makes us different from the white peoples especially the Americans.

Before, I proceed let me address your little sissy jab at the end of your comment, I have a lot of respect for both Pianim and Brobbey, however, I have also done extremely well for myself, I use an alias for reasons best known to myself, but if you knew my real identity, you will know that my comments do not need any validation from you or anyone else for that matter.

First of all, my emphasis on their resignation from the party was to quash this notion that solely because they contributed to the founding of the party, they have a carte-blanche to undermine decisions taken by the current leadership of the party most of whom were more active in the founding stages of the party and sacrificed a lot to bring it to its current state.

If you abandon a ship mid-voyage, don't you lose your moral rights to question decisions made by the captains thereafter?

Secondly, my sourest gripe with these two personalities in particular is that throughout the electoral campaign, they were totally missing in action, if they truly believed in upholding the legacy and principles of the party, they would have been active in ensuring that our party's candidate was duly elected and the ballot was adequately protected. They left the job for the "intellectually lazy" bunch to execute only to come back after the fact to criticize.

You must be from Mars or elsewhere buddy, have you forgotten about the "Free Tsatsu Movement" so quickly? Did NDC MPs who were in the minority at the time protest Tsatsu's incarceration and the court case so vehemently even though it was on appeal at the courts?

All high profile cases receive a lot of public prosecution in the media, and elsewhere, just because an issue is in court does not mean that all everyone should remain mute.

The thrust of the arguments advanced by Pianim and Tarzan is moot. NPP has a substantive case in court, that should not stop them from keeping up the public pressure and preventing an illegitimate government from getting comfortable.

What Tarzan is doing is my point of view incorrect due to fact that he was one of the founders does not justify his present stand point. We are living in new age 21st century therefore it even good to see this old crooks leaving the ship for the new generation comming on board. I don´t want to beat around the bush these old crooks are very selfish and criminals. Till date what have they contributed to the advancement of our nation Ghana? It rather the remittance that is used to develop our nation. Gold, Diamond, Coacoa, etc. and now even oil. All of these natural resources in the management of our old crooks especially the NDC end worst. No positive contribution up till date. It is about time for the interlectual in the country to rethink, stop the bribes and tackle the issues confronting Ghanaians.
