There must have been quite a bit of sperm in the boys anus for the doctor to have observed this. Oh Ghana...what is going on in your country why so many men are behaving like wild animals in heat? I'm just puzzled by the degree and amount of sexual offenses in Ghana. Something is terribly wrong, and I don't know quite what. It seems that any one who has two legs is at risk for a sexual assault, and that's a darn shame.
