I am a believer of Chairman JJ Rawlings, and his ideals for the nation state, Ghana. I however do not follow the thread of your rants in this article. I am no fan of Sam Jonah, but the eventual theme of your "article" is exactly what is wrong with Ghana. If you have a beef to pick with Mr. Jonah, be direct about it rather than politicising it. It is a Ghanaian behaviour, not NDC, NPP or PPP parties/governments. We tend to use our positions indifferent of political affiliation to victimise others if we can----the exact reason Chairman Rawlings in general opposes. Have some introspection on this, otherwise you end up as the Sam Jonah you are condemning.

NPP has planted a tribal time bomb??? Both the ndc and the npp are all guilty of stoking tribal and ethnic tensions and sentiments and the earlier both partys worked together to stem this unhealthy tide, we risk losing it all to the unguarded and rather parochial partisan politicking based on tribalism and ethnicity.

Ade, you have hit it right on the head. Tribalism has now eaten into the very fabric of the lives of many Ghanaians. That is what is killing Ghana. Let us stop the insults, name callings and disrespect that we show to people who are not of our tribe. Most Ghanaians are guilty of this. Let us not make parliament a rubber stamp where parliamentarians vote on party lines. Let Obama's nomination of Hagel to the secretary of Defence of the USA be an eye opener to our parliamentarians. Hagel is a Republican but Obama nominated him. And who are those opposing his nomination? His friends who are Republicans. Hagel's close friend who is McCain is leading the crusade against him saying that though they are old time friends, Hagel does not qualify for that position. So, NPP and NDC should come togather and vote for the right persons to hold positions in the interest of the country and stop that irresponsible voting on party lines and the unnecessary boycotts. If not we all lose and posterity will not forgive us.

I AM HAPPY WITH WHAT THE NPP IS DOING. BECAUSE THE MORE THEY DO IT THE MORE GHANAIANS GET TO KNOW THEIR TRUE CHARACTER AND THE MORE THEY ISOLATE THEM. I HAVE ALWAYS PRAYED THAT GHANAIANS WILL NEVER NEVER MAKE A MISTAKE AND ALLOW THESE PEOPLE NEAR THE THRONE NEXT TIME THEY GET THERE THEY WILL NEVER NEVER RELINQUISH IT- EITHER BY FAIR OR FOUL MEANS. IMAGINE SIR JOHN AS CHIEF OF STAFF TO AKUFO ADDO IN THE FLAGSTAFF HOUSE. CAN YOU IMAGINE IF OBETSHEBI LAMPTEY IS THE SECURITY ADVISER. HAVE YOU THOUGHT OF OSAFO MARFO COMING BACK AS THE FINANCE MINISTER? OKYERE GABBY DARKO AS MINISTER OF INFORMATION? GHANAIANS BE WIDE AWAKE. GOD INTENTIONALLY ALLOWED THEM INTO POWER FOR JUST 8 YEARS SO THAT GHANAIANS WILL BE ABLE TO COMPARE THEM TO OTHERS WHO RULED GHANA. ANY OTHER PARTY CAN COME TO POWER TO RULE GHANA, BUT DEFINETELY NOT NPP.

I do not like Sam jonah, he is a thief who conided with Price Waterhouse to dupe Ghana, sold goldfields for peanuts, but if you have personal problems with him why don't you go to his face and tell.

Honestly what does this righteous person hope to achieve with such a self-aggrandizing article? I never knew there were still relics of such obnoxiously vain people in our midst. Griping about political vendetta a la NPP makes Sanagaparee the proverbial ostrich. It appears he is so jaundiced with the NDC bug, he sees everything about NPP yellow. Can’t believe Sangaparee who brags about being more knowledgeable in politics than Sam Jonah exhibits such myopic views on political vendettas. Changing the guards at the onset of a new administration is not vendetta. It is the norm all over the globe. Meanwhile, Sangapare’s president Mahama and for that matter the NDC was recently stopped by the Supreme Court from dissolving the board of trustees of the Bank of Ghana. That was political vendetta gone awry because he wrongly assumed he could use his offices to “show where power lies” I don’t think such moronic thinking embellishes his self-acclaimed “Pious” credentials, it rather exposes Sangapare as a cuspidor.
