this no case, in germany its called "korper verlestung " if he has been prosecuted in his life before , he will go to prison for 18 months, if not he has to pay a compensation and also pay the court fees as well as the lawyer ...

There is no bail of 100 million. he will be kept in custody or the case will not keep as long as 1 month.Bogus polce and judges.
