  Whom are you going to ask this questions since the lady is already dead?The foster parent may not know who impregnated her the first place.So where are the police going to do the investigation since its not a murder case?

  stupid reporting indeed.
  what is "she died from illegal abortion?" that cant be the cause of death. the coroner has to say which substance she took and which organs failed so that others will learn from this.

  Who told you a 17 year old girl is under age.The legal age is from 16.I am not saying abortion is a good thing to do.
